Despite the fact (or perhaps because of it😊) that I am an active type of person, yoga has enchanted me so much that it has become a part of my life.
I first encountered yoga in 2004. I got to know it gradually, and since I was living in Prague at that time, I had many opportunities to go for yoga. I did Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga. I also attended shamanic seminars, family constellations, spontaneous dance… In 2007 I felt that I wanted to learn more about yoga and decided to undergo a yoga teacher training. These were wonderful moments full of joy, new knowledge, meeting open people and gathering new experience.
After completing this course, I was tempted by Ashtanga yoga and I started to devote myself to it intensively, or at least I tried to do so, because at that time I had two small children and everyday practice, which is so important at Ashtanga, was a big challenge. I did not manage to practice every day, but I practiced very early in the morning and especially during classes with Lenka Kýrová and Dalibor Štědronský. Later I also attended a workshop with Dalibor Štědronský, who gave me a deeper insight into Ashtanga and gave me valuable advice. I also consider Jaro Pávek to be my teacher, from whom I also had the opportunity to learn a lot.
Every seminar, whether it was about yoga, healthy exercise, ayurveda, shamanic rituals, Chinese medicine, alternative treatments, or qi gong, moved me somewhere and gave me something. Today I see yoga a little differently. Yoga is not just asana practice for me. It is a deep journey into its essence. Everything is related to everything. Interest in yoga, years of practice, moments spent with different people - all these experiences have been interconnected within me and I try to pass them on as a whole in my yoga classes.
The path of yoga also taught me to perceive my body, breath, feelings and emotions. To realize the body's reactions to emotions. As we learn to work with our breath and attention, relaxation comes and the mind we can work with is calmed down. When we equalize the breath, the body is equalized. Regular internal practice teaches me to be an observer.
By conscious work we can change the setting of the body, breath, but also the perception of the world around us. With love and gratitude. Yoga is a mission for me.

The lover of life's sinusoid - we are happy when we are up,but let us be more grateful for the deepest downsides, because if we don't experience them, we will never appreciate those mini-steps that will bring us back to balance. And this is how my yoga journey began. At a time of mental exhaustion, extremely weak immunity and back pain, I tried my first yoga classes. I continued to practice, my body became stronger, I got a more positive view of the world, and that's why I became a yoga teacher. Since 2008, I can pass on my experience and knowledge to you, my dear students.

I started to deepen my relationship with yoga after my second daughter was born in 2016. Because I needed to relax and enjoy time for myself, it was yoga that charmed me with its strength of movement and calmness of the mind. It brings me inner peace, which I then try to give to my very energetic children. In 2018, when I got pregnant for the third time, I started leading Gravid yoga classes. It was a great experience, because I fit among the ladies with my big belly. Together we were able to find out what stages of pregnancy the female body goes through. Now we will meet in the power yoga classes and I believe you will find inner peace, well-being and improve your fitness.
I look forward to seeing you

On my yoga journey I try to keep moving forward and regularly attend trainings, workshops and meetings with teachers of traditional yoga schools such as Jaro Pávek, Manju Jois, Nancy Gilgoff or David Williams. I also get a lot of inspiration and motivation from my students. In my yoga classes I will be happy to share my experience with you and I will try to be your guide on the road ro inner peace, balance and the presence in our hurried world. I first got to yoga in 2010 when I felt a fundamental need to do something about my life. Yoga and my interest in other Eastern philosophies began to positively change my attitude to life. A major step on my yoga path came in 2016 when I met my current head teacher, Jar Pávek, who introduced me to a very traditional and original yoga system, also called Ashtanga. Since then, I have been practicing yoga very intensively, not only in the practice of asanas, but I try to understand the overall philosophy of yoga and use it in our hurried world. I look forward to meeting you 😊

"There's no other path for me than the one I walk on."
Hello dear yogis, like every good bookworm I got to yoga through the book "Yoga for Beginners" at a time when you believe it or not, there was no yoga studio in Poprad (yes, it was long time ago 🙂). So, I tried it as a self-taught student, and it worked... So, I practiced it everywhere. My mat also accompanied me on my way to Australia and there I met some great teachers who taught me about yoga and moved me forward... Also in Bali, where I attended some workshops and courses and after years back under my beloved Tatra mountains. I felt that there must be something in yoga and I took a power yoga instructor course at the Power Yoga Academy Prague. Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul, and I still enjoy this symphony. I would love to listen to it with you at my classes in Harmony studio.
