Power yoga is a system developed from classical yoga. It is a summary of positions using stretching, rehabilitation and strengthening methods. Power yoga is freed from the classical philosophy of yoga and focuses primarily on the physical aspects of it.

Our classes
YOGA FOR HEALTHY SPINE
Strengthening and releasing - this is the dynamic balance of the spine that we strive for at this class. In addition to the spine, we also focus on the deep stabilization system, which is of great importance when properly holding the body (and thus the correct position of the spine).
GRAVIDJOGA
Exercise takes place in a small group where a personal approach of the instructor as well as space for communication is guaranteed.
YOGA FOR SENIORS
The class is conducted at a slow pace and is gentle on the locomotor system. It uses exercises that gently relax the joints, but also stretch and strengthen the muscles in the body.
YOGA FOR KIDS
This class is specifically tailored to children's abilities. It is carried in a friendly and playful atmosphere. Children will find what they enjoy - creating, playing fairy tales, trying out diverse, tailor-made positions that are inspired by nature and animals.
YOGA FOR EVERYONE
You will learn sun salutations and basic asanas (positions) that should not be missing in any yoga class. Self-presence techniques at the beginning of the class will allow you to keep in touch with yourself, your body and your breath during the entire class.
ASHTANGA YOGA
This course is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students who want to deepen their yoga practice, try a more comprehensive approach and understand the basic context and benefits of yoga.
MORNING VINYASA
Morning vinyasa yoga is a beautiful opportunity to start the day. Set your alarm a little earlier and feel fresh all day long. The class emphasizes feeling your body and starting all the good processes in it so that you leave the lesson with a smile on your face.
GROUP MEDITATION
Meditation is a mental exercise through which our consciousness stabilizes and which creates an inner relaxed environment. In today's hurried world, it is essential to re-create this environment for health, happiness and overall well-being.

If our group classes schedule does not suit you or if you require individual approach of the instructor, we have the opportunity to try private lessons.
TAI CHI & CHI KUNG
Tai Chi is a Chinese art that brilliantly combines dynamic meditation (consciousness development), martial art (self-defense), and chi-kung (the art of working with energy).
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where you can try the principles of anusara and Iyengar yoga (very popular styles in the US). We will focus on smooth jumps, working with the core of the body and using its strength in shifts from individual asanas.
